underpage to sample the different dates of semester brakes/semester beginnings:

FU berlin: seminar time: somsem/sumsem: 14.04.-19.07.2008 - winsem: 13.10.2008-14.02.2009 semester brakes lay in between. even unis in the same country/district have different beginnings (e.g. art unis in berlin differ a bit), but this date can be taken for an orientation.

PL: warszawa/warschau/warsaw: winter: SEMESTR ZIMOWY 01.10.2007 - 17.02.2008, seminar time: 01.10.2007 - 20.12.2007 and 03.01.2008 - 27.01.2008, short brake: 11.02.2008 - 17.02.2008

summer: SEMESTR LETNI 18.02.2008 - 27.09.2008, seminar time: zajęcia dydaktyczne 18.02.2008 - 20.03.2008; short brake: wakacje wiosenne 21.03.2008 - 26.03.2008

ERGO:

!! only real one semester brake: 30.06.2008 - 27.09.2008!!
